One-Time Return Policy

At L2H (Live to Hustle), we stand behind the quality of our products. To ensure fairness, we offer a one-time return or exchange per customer.

Return Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Each customer is eligible for one return or exchange only. After a return or exchange has been completed, all future purchases are considered final sale.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered

Return Process

To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
