Shipping Costs

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, L2H is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. L2H is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.
